The data controller is K&S Holding Sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Graniczna 2k, 32-050 Skawina, Poland. The website codezen.pl operates under the trade name CodeZen. GDPR contact: code@codezen.pl.
2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: full name, email address, optional phone number and message content. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to handle your inquiry and follow-up communication — under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest of the controller).
4. Retention period
We retain data for as long as needed to respond and maintain correspondence, no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless longer retention is required by law.
5. Data recipients
Data is sent only to code@codezen.pl to handle your inquiry. It may also be shared with hosting and email service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the website and contact form.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
7. Cookies and localStorage
We use essential session cookies (CSRF, session maintenance). After consent, we store your theme preference (light/dark) and cookie consent choice in localStorage. We do not use marketing cookies or analytics requiring consent.
